There have been times in the history of the Archive where I've found myself experiencing a lot of static because of what I share on platforms like Youtube or Vimeo (I've actually been outright kicked off both of those two in the past). Strangely, the defences of "I'm a fan of the band!" or "This is all coming from a place of love!" are seldom enough to alter the outcomes. Neither the angry copyright owners or the obedient but sometimes inaccurate algorithms they employ care. It's a continous problem which has meant that The Lemming Archive has courted annihilation several times, which is why I'm trying this.
"Covert Shares" is a strategy to try and keep the blog alive as a resource, by placing the more contentious memorabilia off the radars of those who aren't that enthusiastic about what goes on here, but still within the reach of people like you who might be looking for it. Below is a list of materials that have either landed me in trouble already, or have the potential to in the future. Stuff will get added, stuff will get removed.
